The month of November is a month that we dedicate towards raising awareness, funds, and support for men's health and mental health. But don't worry ladies... you don't have to have a mustache to help us or come to the event!

Male lonliness is an epidemic that is not talked about enough. 1 in 5 men say they have 0 real friends. Men are 4x more likely to commit suicide then women. Men are 2x more likely to be alcohol dependent than women. Over 1 million men each year are diagnosed with testicular or prostate cancer. Millions of men struggle with mental health issues and never tell anyone about it. Our brothers, fathers, sons, and neighbors are dying too early. Help us bring light to this important issue and help men stop dying early.

• Grow out your mustache to raise awareness for Men's health and mental health.
• Attend our Movember Gala Charity event on Friday, November 22. Ladies - please join us and you do not need a mustache to attend.
• where 100% of funds go towards providing support for mental health resources.
• Check in on the men in your life. Due to societal stigmas, men will hardly speak up. It is important to check in on them to see how they are doing and how you can support them.
