About Our Speaker
Megan L. Whipp is the Managing Partner of Whipp Law, specializing in estate planning, business law, and asset protection. She graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2017. Megan began her legal career representing Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial litigation before founding her own law firm in 2022.
At Whipp Law, Megan focuses on serving individuals, small-business owners, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors, providing wealth preservation strategies tailored to each client's unique needs. She holds a real estate license, adding further value to her comprehensive legal services.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Megan will be pursuing a Tax LL.M. later this year. She also shares her expertise as an adjunct instructor at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she teaches estate planning.
As both a business owner and a parent, Megan understands the critical importance of thorough planning and protecting personal and business assets. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys reading, experimenting with new recipes, and spending quality time with her family.
