Focus: Reframing success through gratitude, alignment, and sustainable growth.
Overview: November invites us to slow down, reflect, and realign before year’s end. In business, gratitude isn’t just a feeling—it’s a strategy. It changes how we lead, how we attract clients, and how we collaborate with others. When you operate from gratitude instead of grind, opportunities start to flow more naturally.
Activity :
Gratitude Hot Seat : Each woman shares one professional challenge she faced this year—and one lesson or blessing that came from it.
“Thankful for Her” Round : Every attendee names one woman in business who’s impacted her this year and why (attendees can tag and share afterward).
Takeaway Reflection : Write one action step to carry gratitude forward into how you lead, sell, and serve this season.
Key Discussion Prompts:
How does gratitude shift your energy in business conversations?
What’s one way to build gratitude into your marketing or leadership routine?
Who deserves thanks that you haven’t reached out to yet?
