A Sound Bath Journey for Deep Peace & Renewal
Join Serenity Waves and Greenlife Remedies for an evening of relaxation, reflection, and calmness. We’ll begin with a short arrival period for intention setting and gentle grounding before settling into a restorative sound bath led by Serenity Waves.
Healing tones from crystal bowls and soothing instruments will help you release tension, realign your energy, and find inner stillness.
Please arrive between 6:45–7:00 PM to check in and get comfortable. Purchases can be made before and after the event.
Bring:
Yoga mat, blanket or cushion, eye mask, comfy clothes, water, and optional journal.
Come rest, breathe, and reconnect with your calm this season.
