ELEVATE brings together the best people to provide a full day of fun, challenge, exploration, newness and finding the space you exist in, and how much further you might go to live life more fully, and very importantly more joyfully!This is no ordinary retreat.
The day has been carefully and deliberately structured by Lee Standeven from Standevenwithspalter to enable you to ELEVATE, and go through a process of Earth, Fire, Water and Air with the very finest in their field. Every practitioner and every detail of the day has been curated and created to support you and your experience.
Earth with Vinicius:
Rebuild confidence in your body from the ground up.
If you don’t take good care of your body, where will you live?
Vinicius has 15 years’ experience in his craft- which is varied and dynamic! He is rare and the real deal, and this is a unique chance to share space with him.
Be prepared to move.
Fire with Jane:
Change the way you look at a body and enter a zone of creativity, discovery, and positivity.
Jane has 30 years’ experience and is truly one of a kind! Jane is many things, and to have this time with her is pure gold, it will be memorable, interesting, and delightful!
Be prepared to get your hands dirty.
Water with Lee:
Immerse yourself fully. It’s time to learn, become aware, to do things differently, create a change, and allow transformation.
Lee has been creating safe spaces for 28 years, touching bodies and lives. Expect goodness, kindness, and growth!
Be prepared to dive into possibility.
Air with Robert:
Be accompanied to new heights with this journeyman and creator.
What an honour to be in the space with Robert (who has over 40 tremendous years of experience) and give yourself this time. It truly is a gift on all levels!
Be prepared for stillness.
During this time, each participant will receive a session from Lee and experience the profound impact of Lees expertise and compassion. This is a time to integrate and end the day with new perspectives.
Food
There will be food throughout the day that compliments each segment of Earth, Fire, Water and Air to assist the integration, digestion, and assimilation of the experience. Morning tea, Lunch, afternoon tea and dinner are included so you don’t need to think at all – you simply immerse, have a lot of fun, go home and rest.
