The flow is for all levels, please bring mats, water, blocks, and any other props you like to use. The floor is concrete, so a blanket and layers may be nice to bring for yourself as well.
This practice will be set up in a circle with a central altar. You are encouraged to bring a contribution to the altar, which you can either permanently or temporarily contribute. Updates regarding classes are most easily found on Rebecca's instagram page, @_itsres
Rebecca Spence's Bio:
Rebecca is inspired by connection, energized by nature, and has a deep reverence for movement of all kinds. Her classes often reflect her admiration for the elements and offer postures and sequences aimed to encourage introspection as well as a link to others in the room. She can be found teaching vinyasa, yin, vin/yin, and restorative yoga. Rebecca is currently working on her 500hr designation with the Samudra Global School of Living Yoga and received her 200hr certificate in 2016. She has taken a number of yin courses from Kari Kwinn, who is a student of Bernie Clark, and her yin classes are often taught in this style. Outside of yoga, Rebecca loves live music, her dog - Pearl Snap, and spending time on or near the river with her partner, Christopher.
