All of these elements invigorate your senses, relinquishing any daily burdens you may otherwise possess. You are invited to connect and to let go of the outer, as you find deep nourishment vibrating within the cells of your body and to explore the space of your own elemental reality.
Jósa uses drums, rattles and singing bowls in her work, as she guides you verbally on this magical journey. Supported by her soothing voice and natural background sounds, you will be left relaxed, curious and renewed from this healing experience.
