Välkommen till en kväll med musik och närvaro - i stillhet och i rörelse.Kvällen inleds med en stund av stillhet och guidad ljudmeditation där du får landa i kroppen och nuet. Därefter låter vi musiken guida oss in i intuitiv dans - en frizon där varje rörelse är välkommen och kroppen får visa vägen. Vi avslutar kvällen med en landning tillbaka till vilan och stillheten i ett mjukt ljudlandskap för integration.
IMA består av tre nyfikna musiker - Ida, Mattis och Albin - som lyssnar, följer och reagerar på rummet, där balansen mellan rörelse och ljud möts i en dans: musiken får kroppen att röra sig, rörelser gör musiken levande. Idas intuitiva röst, Mattis val av musik och ljud, och Albins rytmer skapar tillsammans en musikalisk resa från det jordade och lugna till det höga och kosmiska.

Welcome to an evening of music and presence - in stillness and in movement.
The evening begins with a moment of stillness and a guided sound meditation to help you land in your body and the present moment. We then let the music guide us into intuitive dance - a free space where every movement is welcome and the body leads the way. We close the evening with landing back into rest and stillness in a soft soundscape for integration.
IMA consists of three curious musicians - Ida, Mattis, and Albin - who listen, follow, and respond to the room, where the balance between movement and sound meets in a dance: the music moves the body, and the movements bring the music to life. Ida’s intuitive voice, Mattis’ music and sound selections, and Albin’s rhythms together create a musical journey from the grounded and earthy to the high and cosmic.
