Join us for 45 minutes of relaxing sound therapy with Reiki where you will vibrate to a deeper, more peaceful state of being.
Breath+Oneness' Crystal Temple has some of the highest quality and most vibrationally healing crystal bowls on the planet, and these bowls will be utilized along with other sound tools to relax and open your whole being while a Reiki practitioner moves around the room with healing energy.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is administered by a laying on of hands or a hovering of hands over different parts of the body.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
