Experience healing through a deep felt-sense of connection between body, mind, and Spirit.
About this Event

Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Experience is a system of practices designed to inspire an experience of healing through a deep felt-sense of connection between body, mind, and Spirit.

We will use the power of music and rhythm to guide every aspect of our ERBE session. Rhythm is a force that has always been with us and in our sessions we engage it to inspire new energy in the body, quiet the mind, and open up space for deep emotional release.

During our ~2.5 hour session, we’ll move through carefully curated techniques and practices (movement, meditation, breathing techniques, and visualization) designed to help you go beyond the everyday chatter of the mind and journey into a space of clarity and presence. After our session we’ll have some time to share our experiences with one another. Many people leave feeling lighter, more empowered, and deeply connected to themselves. ERBE brings a sense of renewal through the willful, conscious activation of our parasympathetic nervous system.

Here is a link to a video message from the founder of Elemental Rhythm briefly explaining the practice:

About Your Facilitator:

Hello I’m Cody Alexander - a Breathwork Coach certified with Elemental Rhythm and a Minister of Animist Evocation ordained through Web of Life Animist Church.

With over six years of personal breathwork practice and four years of facilitation experience, I offer transformative sessions designed to create a safe and welcoming space for deep introspection and transcendent experiences. In my sessions, I am committed to fostering an atmosphere of energy and fun while inspiring participants to courageously face themselves with radical honesty, curiosity, empathy, kindness, and love.

As an animist minister, I like to bring aspects of animist practice into my sessions. This usually comes in the form of inviting helpful beings (nature spirits, animal archetypes, ancestors, etc.) into the practice through means of Journey work. Animism is a blanket term for cosmology systems typically associated with tribal and indigenous peoples of the world. In my own contemporary understanding of it, the word “animism” describes a state of being in which we recognize the spiritual essence inherent to the whole of nature and the universe. With an animistic worldview we can sense that all beings, processes, and systems in our world - and beyond - have an indwelling animating force or spirit that connects us all.
