About this Event
Each element has quite a lot to teach us. Every single one offers a unique contribution to our lives, often without us paying much attention. We can harness their power for our own benefit and healing.
In this workshop series, Jósa Goodlife will guide you through releasing, replenishing, and restoring your body, mind, and spirit through the elements. We'll move through slow flow yoga, restorative practices, and yin yoga, breathe together, rest, listen, and take notes from our experiences with each element. In the last 30 minutes of each workshop, Jósa will lead a meditative sound bath themed by the chosen element.

WATER: cleansing • clearing • adapting to change
Water can take on many forms depending on external conditions and adapt to what we put in it: hot/cold, thick/thin, calm/wild, etc. Through water, we learn to flow with greater ease and to stay soft in the process. Water invites us into a pure flow state, aids in emotional healing, activates the wisdom of our cellular energy, and helps us dive deeper into our feelings.
FIRE: purifying • invigorating • transforming
Fire can burn through our obstacles, fuel our inner power, and transform our lives. It's uncontrollable and untamed, capable of causing harm when ignored. We need Fire to stay warm, but balance is required to attain true bravery within this element. Fire is the energy of action, transformation, and true passion. It ignites our inner strength, helping us connect deeply within our hearts.
AIR: uplifting • soothing • renewing
Air offers the energy of inspiration, freshness, and a higher perspective through a constant flow of new possibilities. It can offer us hope and enhance our connection to the Divine, evoking experiences of enlightenment. Air brings us the energy of sound and elevates our spirit.
EARTH: grounding • nourishing • strengthening
Earth holds the energy of deep nurture and nourishment, offering stability, grounding, and communion with all living beings. Through Earth, we learn to trust and manifest our dreams into reality. It brings us safely home into our bodies.
