Amenti's Elemental Intensive is a unique five-day MoveMeant course in embodied practice. It offers a distinctive blend of dance, movement, and psychological understanding, deepening our relationship with our bodies like no other course. Gil the Grid developed this week to enhance self-expression and better understand the connection between our body and mind by exploring five layers of our MoveMeant Method.
The layers of physicality, sensations, power, connection, and symbols will be the focus; we'll delve into these human concepts by referencing the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Light.
The five MoveMeant layers, each representing a specific area of life and your character, are deeply personal and universally relatable. They link to a way of moving and an element reflecting your unique journey. They offer valuable insights into your identity and provide tools for self-awareness, pattern rewiring, and improvement in various life areas.
By actively participating in this course, you will experience personal growth, not just as a person but also as a mover and dancer. You will gain a unique vocabulary and language for self-expression, empowering you to communicate authentically in five different characteristic ways.

Amenti MoveMeant is a community-based organization and a decolonial psyche-somatic MoveMeant medicine. The Amenti MoveMeant Method is a comprehensive approach to self-awareness through the body. We view our human experience as a holistic system - comprising the body, the mind, and the soul (or spirit). The Method incorporates dance, (Jungian)psychology, somatic exercises, and shamanism. We draw from a wealth of global knowledge to provide a complete understanding of life. By comprehending our individual choices and their impact on our lives, we find harmony, agency, and self-acceptance.
