About this Event
We are thrilled to share a series of dinners that celebrate and honor the elements that make up everything that we are, hosted by The Farmer and Chef catering.
This series of highly seasonal, hyper local field to fork dinners will be held at Sustainable Settings Ranch in Carbondale, sourcing primarily from the Biodynamic, high quality produce and meat production of the ranch.
The first of the series, on July 9, will be an ode to fire with an asado style main course (fire ban permitting).
We will celebrate the transition of spring to summer and the land stewards that cultivate and nourish our soil and local food economy.
4 courses will include family style apps and dessert with plated mains and shared sides.
Two Biodynamic wines from wineries in the North Fork Valley will be poured.
Everything will be prepared with that weeks bounty from the garden and prepared from scratch, with intention. Expect a plant centric menu with a vegan option.
We can not guarantee being able to accommodate all allergies/dietary restrictions. Please email us with the subject “Susty event- July” to inquire accommodating a dietary restriction.
This is a family friendly event, however we can not provide special pricing for children and require they be supervised at all times.
