Come join us to move your body with Elemental Dance. This is a free form dance, meaning you can dance however you like. Similar to "Ecstatic Dance" Form there's no conversations on the dance floor, so we can go deeper into our dance. Noella will create the set-list (variety of songs from many influences and styles), and offer some guidance to dance us through the elements of earth, water, air, fire and ether.
The guidance creates a nice intent to focus your mind to empower your dance movement for upliftment and healing.

Noella aka @Shaela Noella Roselena, was both in Sonora area and returning here part time to be close to family, rest her wings and put down some roots in between travels and life adventures.
