Elemental Breathwork is a guided somatic experience that harnesses the power of conscious connected breathing ,sound, and nature. Allowing you to reconnect you with your body, your emotions, and the elemental forces that support life.
Rooted in the rhythm of the natural world, this practice uses a circular breathing pattern with no pause between inhale and exhale. This activates the body’s innate intelligence and open pathways for release, clarity, and integration. As you breathe, you will be supported by the resonant sounds of voice, instruments, multiple healing modalities and the rustic environment around you!!
We will call in the 4 winds..Through this immersive process, you'll move beyond the thinking mind, deepen your presence, and come home to a more grounded, expansive state of being. Where you will be able to reflect and release what has been weighing you down.
