How can we weave the elements of Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit into our yoga practice?
In this workshop with Claire we’ll explore how these natural forces influence our bodies, minds, and energy. Each element offers unique qualities that can deepen your practice and bring balance to everyday life:
Earth – grounding, stability, and strength
Air – breath, movement, and freedom
Fire – transformation, vitality, and inner power
Water – flow, adaptability, and emotional connection
Spirit – unity, awareness, and purpose
Through asana, breathwork, and meditation, we’ll discover practical ways to connect with these elements and integrate them into daily living.
This session is suitable for all levels and offers a nurturing space to reconnect with nature and yourself.
