Elemental Alchemy is an embodied journey through yoga, sound, and soul—designed to reconnect you with the primal forces of nature and the deeper layers of your being.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a dynamic blend of practices, each rooted in an element:
Earth – Begin the day by anchoring deeply into the present moment with a nourishing Earth Meditation. You’ll be guided to connect with the solid, steady presence beneath you—tuning into the sensation of gravity, weight, and support.
Air – In the realm of the air element, we find movement, expansion, clarity, and freedom. Air governs the breath—our most vital, subtle, and transformative life force. Kriya Yoga practices aligned with this element use intentional breathwork, dynamic energy movements, and focused awareness to cleanse the energetic channels (nadis), still the mind, and elevate consciousness.
Fire – Stoke your inner flame with a Slow Fiery Flow inviting transformation, energy, willpower, passion, and the inner light of your awareness. In the body, fire governs the solar plexus—Manipura Chakra—our centre of power, confidence, and digestion (both physical and emotional).
Water –The water element is the essence of fluidity, intuition, emotional depth, and surrender. It invites us to soften, feel, and flow—both within the body and through the deeper layers of consciousness. The energy of water will be gently awakened and embodied through a trio of deeply restorative practices: Hybrid Yin Yoga (floor based yoga transitioning into the arial silks), Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing.
The day also includes Kirtan, a heart-opening practice of devotional song that bridges the elements, inviting you to express and connect through voice and vibration. Held in a nurturing space, this retreat offers a powerful container for self-discovery, energetic balance, and alchemical renewal. Leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and deeply in tune with the elemental wisdom within and around you.
