About this Event
As battery technology advances, the need for consistent quality and safety across operations has never been greater. This presentation will explore the “Trust but Verify” approach to battery reliability, focusing on rigorous verification practices that ensure cell integrity and mitigate latent defects. Topics include the evolving challenges in sourcing reputable cells, identifying quality inconsistencies, and recognizing the implications of chemistry and structural changes on safety. Through insights and real-world examples, we’ll examine why continuous testing and verification are critical to maintaining safety standards and reliability in battery operations, from initial cell selection through deployment.
