This FREE, hands-on introductory training covers essential introductory skills in Electrical Wiring.Key Training Topics Include:
• Fundamentals of electricity and residential wiring code
• Safe use of electrical hand tools and multimeters
• Wiring various receptacles (standard, GFCI, USB), switches, and panels
• Installing 3-way and 4-way switches for complex lighting setups
• Bending EMT conduit and completing a real-world wiring project (lamp build)
Training Dates & Times:
Fridays (Oct. 3, 10, 17, 24): 5 - 9PM
Saturdays (Oct. 4, 11, 18): 8AM - 4 PM

This training opportunity is designed to:
• Provide participants with an experiential understanding of a career in the construction trades, and
• Enhance participants' abilities to gain employment in the construction industry.

• All applicants must participate in the interview process to be considered for final placement in the training.
