Elderly Support Group at the Compton Wellness Center
Presented in partnership with AlterCare Line
Our main focus is to help elders in our community feel connected, supported, and cared for. This weekly group provides a safe space to build meaningful social connections, engage in enriching activities, and share experiences with peers.
🌱 What you can expect:
- Emotional & Peer Support: Compassionate counselors offering guidance and listening ears.
- Social Connection: Opportunities to engage in fun, community-centered activities.
- Safe & Inclusive Space: Support available in both English and Spanish.
- One-on-One Counseling: Additional individual support if needed.
