So what is it: Elderberry syrup, health tonic or elderberry fire cider???Do you like the honey sweetened syrup, the tangy tasting health tonic or "fire" in your mouth?
I always say it is a personal preference.
Do you like your remedy to be done in an hour? Then it is the syrup or health tonic.
Do you have 4 weeks to wait and see? Try the fire cider.
It does not matter which one you choose, you will end up with an immune boosting product that tastes great!
We will be using our dried elderberries and honey for sweetening if needed!
The original fire cider uses horseradish and garlic, which are not my favorite ingredients but will be available for you to use if chosen.
Fire cider is very versatile and can be made in so many ways!
I love Rosemary Gladstar's Fire Cider book that has over 100 recipes! I have a copy and you will be able to take a look!
This class should take about 3 to 4 hrs.
You will take home:
-1 bottle (8 oz) elderberry syrup, 1 bottle (8 oz) health tonic and 1 jar (16 oz) of fire cider
-printed cards for recipes, information, and tips
-lots of knowledge.
Maximum 10 people, minimum 2. Kids over 10 years are welcome with separate tickets!
