Elderberries are a super abundant wonder food. Collecting these immune boosting berries is a favorite summer pastime. In this class we will learn how to process and preserve elderberries into a syrup loaded with Vitamin C that can be used to combat flus, colds, and other winter bugs.

This class will include a 2 hour nature walk where you will learn about wild edibles/medicines and harvest Elderberry, 1 hour lunch break/location change, and 2 hour class session where you will learn to make the Elderberry syrup.
