In this Herb of the Month club, we will discuss both elderberry and elderflower, both from Sambucus spp.. We will start, as always, with a guided journey to meet the spirit of Elder. We will be enjoying delicious teas, and brewing our very own elderberry syrup! You will take home a jar of elderberry syrup to enjoy through the fall and winter seasons.
