Come join I2SL NorCal for a chance to tour Elco Yards. Enjoy networking, light bites, and guided tours that will highlight and educate on this innovative space.
Featuring four dynamic lab & office buildings, Elco Yards is situated along the Caltrain corridor and close to several major highways, surrounded by residential, retail, restaurants, and parks with immediate access to the Bay. Elco's state-of-the-art buildings are designed for research – born from an industrial past, each building tells a story and features world-class architecture. This all electric core and shell district is targeting LEED Gold, Fitwell 2 Star, with roughly 20% EUI reduction across the board.
