This free, public event will delve into Romo’s latest book, “Borderlands and the Mexican American Story,” which reexamines the U.S.-Mexico border through long-overlooked Mexican American perspectives.This special night includes:
🎤 A conversation and Q&A with Romo about overlooked Mexican American perspectives and borderlands history
🎵 Live music by Los Liminals, a world-fusion jazz band blending poetry, rhythm, and storytelling
📚 A book signing and sales of “Borderlands” and other titles by Romo
