Come join us for a bike clinic before you kick off your multisport season! All winter we've all been inside on the trainers (or not riding at all!), and we need to bridge the gap between inside strength and endurance work and outside balance and handling skills (ESPECIALLY for those of you who are new to group rides or aero positions). Be prepared to do some handling and turning drills, spacing drills, overtaking drills, and then go and test out your skills in the "lab" as I call it, with natural road turns, close riding scenarios, and organic obstacles to dodge (hello, pothole season!). After our bike session, the triathletes can brick a short run and then enjoy a snack back at the park!:
The clinic will be conducted byAnne Fitzpatrick who is one of our ambassadors . Anne is the head coach of Farm to Finish Line; Level II USA Triathlon Coach, Level III USA Cycling Coach, NASM-CPT Certified Personal Trainer.
