Ekphrasis, the use of a detailed description of art as a literary device, has been used by authors for centuries. Join us for this two week course in the Main and Trillium Galleries for a special writing workshop. We will use the pieces on display for our Ritual and Ruins Exhibition as inspiration for writing. The first week of the workshop will focus on open prose, and the second week will focus on poetry. Please bring your journal and something to write with or a laptop.Dates: Nov 9, 2025 - Nov 16, 2025
