Ekklesia is a ministry rooted in the support of our community, our partner denominations and local congregations. After 64 years of collaborative ministry and justice work, we know that strong, mutual relationships benefit not only our students but also the churches and organizations who walk alongside them. This gathering is an opportunity to explore how, together, we can continue to nurture young adults in faith, justice, and community, and how we can do so while building deeply connected, progressive, intergenerational community. We hope your church or organization will send one or more representatives, whether they are pastors, lay leaders, or anyone with a heart for young adults. Your presence and partnership matter deeply to us, and we believe that when we walk together, both our students and our congregations flourish.
Ekklesia students will share about the life-giving ministry happening on all three of our campuses and lead us in some fun activities. You will hear firsthand stories of growth, challenge, and transformation, and learn about opportunities for you and your group or congregation to connect, volunteer, and partner with us in this vital work. Most importantly, we'll dream together about the community we want to build where all people know they are loved and valued and can live into their best, most authentic selves.
