Eis-solutely Delicious German Ice Cream

For ages 16 & up

Learn how to craft rich, creamy German-style ice cream with classic flavors and techniques for a sweet treat you can recreate at home. In addition to making three different flavors of ice cream, you will learn what makes German ice cream so unique, and how to hand-churn the ice-cream base at home.

• Yogurt-blueberry Ice Cream
• Amarena cherry Ice Cream
• Spaghettieis (Vanilla ice-cream noodles with strawberry “tomato sauce”)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
