High School students, educators, and parents are invited to the EIS International Student Research Conference on 18th January 2025, from 9:00 to 12:00, onsite at Exupery International School (10 Jauna Iela, Piņķi, LV-2107).About the event: The EIS International Student Research Conference is an annual event, providing an opportunity for High School students to share their research into an area they explored through their academic studies, or through their own curiosity and personal interests. Students, educators and parents are invited to attend to support the presenters.
Purpose: The conference aims to create a dynamic platform where students from diverse academic disciplines can showcase their research endeavors and demonstrate the transformative power of their inquiry in addressing real-world challenges. By bridging the gap between theory and practice, the event seeks to foster a culture of academic curiosity that extends beyond the classroom and into the real world.
Students are invited to share their research in 15-minute presentations, with an opportunity for 5-minute Q&A after each presentation. A template slideshow will be emailed once presenters have signed up. It is expected that students signing up as speakers will also participate as audience members to support all presenters.
