About this Event
SPARKS is a two-day, one-night retreat for education support professionals (ESPs) who want to deepen their understanding of their profession and the Association while building connections with other ESPs throughout the Eastern Organizing Center (EIOC). This retreat aims to foster relationships within the ESP and IEA community.
SPARKS empowers members to take control of their profession and future; it allows them to discuss and explore issues relevant to ESPs in an intimate group setting. This retreat is an interactive, hands-on experience designed to “spark” your interest and develop skills applicable to your workplace, schools, and local associations. Plus, participants can relax and learn in Lava Hot Springs! The SPARKS agenda will be shaped by your responses to a questionnaire, which will be sent to you separately.
