? It’s that time of year again! ?The famous Upper Dean rubber duck race hosted by Eileen Wade Primary School, is back for 2024 and we can’t wait!
? Race day is Saturday 23rd March with a start time of 11.30am. ?
Tickets are on sale now at a discounted rate of £2.00 per ticket number in advance, £2.50 on the day of the race. ?️
Are you new to the Duck Dash? You may be wondering what it’s all about and how it works? ?
So.. 1,700 numbered rubber ducks are released into the Upper Dean Brook at 11.30am sharp at one end of the village, they race down stream to the Ford where they are caught in order as they cross the finish line to win prizes! ?
We have over 30 fantastic prizes up for grabs this year all kindly donated by our wonderful supporting business’s from near and far!
To name a few of this years fantastic prizes we have..
? A wonderful London apartment, 3 night stay for 6 people in the the famous Victoria Docklands!
? ‘Tri-Target’ experience day at our local clay pigeon shooting ground, Sporting Targets in Riseley. The prize winner can take 3 other guests along with them to have ago at Clay pigeon shooting, Archery & Air rifle shooting.
? We also have 4 tickets to watch the mighty Northampton Saints rugby team in action for all of our rugby fans!

? Once the race has finished its back to Eileen Wade primary school (walking distance from the Brook) where there will be lots or fun and games to enjoy for the afternoon.
Once again we will be joined by ? Janets Woodfired pizzas and ? Burger Boulevard serving up delicious lunch options and when your ready for something sweet.. ? Ice Cream Joe will be ready to make you the perfect pudding!
