Kids will have fun and learn the benefits of being healthy, eating good foods, and moving their bodies.
> Focus is on general physical preparedness, establishing proper technique, strength building, physical and metabolic conditioning along with lots of fun and play!
> All children will have a sports physical at EHP Performance prior to beginning kids classes
>This is an ongoing month to month program- you may start before June if you want and continue through the school year in between your sports seasons!
>Cost$80 per month
