You are invited to join me for this weekly yoga session in the beautiful Serenity room above The shop White Rabbit in the High St, opposite “My Fine Deli”.We are going to explore various Egyptian yoga sequences that you may have not heard of before, they are very simple, easy to follow and accessible to any level of fitness…we use a blend of essential oils to deepen the experience, beautiful music, and finish each session with a deep relaxation.
