Meet your new favorite Italian dish! Your instructor will help you create a delicious Eggplant Parmesan—a great vegetarian-friendly option that everyone will enjoy. Class begins with a combination of instructor demonstration, tips and tricks and your hands on participation assembling your own single serving eggplant parmesan to take home. In the second half of the class, you will enjoy a serving of baked eggplant parmesan prepared by Launa, a flavorful side salad and local artisan bread.
