Races are as follows:
5-5 0-49 Points
5-4 50-99 points
6-4 100-149 points
7-4 150-199 points
8-4 200 - higher points
Nominal races to 5 on A side, and 4 on B side with a minimum requirement of 3 racks for the lower rated player
If we have over 20 players, races will drop by one rack on A side

- Alternate Break/ Rack your own
- 9 is not a win or loss on the break
- Push out (after break only)
- Call Pockets
- Player option on slopped in ball
- Any ball off the table is a ball in hand foul
- Any attempt at a break is a live break, (Miscue is included) is a loss of break and opponent gets to break, (remain in original rotation)
- Jump Cues are allowed
- No 3 foul rule
If a player does not have an established Fargo rating, a conversion will be made from the player's APA handicap as described below.
These handicap systems are used to promote balanced competition among players of all levels and track skill progression. Establishing Robustness within Fargo also enables players to be eligible for other events run strictly under the Fargo rating system, which we will be reporting to.
APA 9 = 675 Fargo
APA 8 = 625 Fargo
APA 7 = 575 Fargo
APA 6 = 525 Fargo
APA 5 = 475 Fargo
APA 4 = 425 Fargo
APA 3 = 375 Fargo
