No previous experience is needed.
This workshop is for anyone who feels:

What to expect includes:
* guided EFT tapping
* learning what words to use when tapping
* how to quickly calm your body and mind
* how to apply tapping in everyday situations
* how to stay present and focused while tapping
The day is guided by Accredited Master EFT Trainer Ali van Vuuren, with over 19 years’ experience.
