Join Karen Aquinas for a group tapping session in a relaxed and supportive online setting.
Whether you’re new to tapping or a pro, you'll benefit from investing this time to relax your body and move into a better feeling, healthier place.
In this group session, we’ll tap on fears, beliefs, and external circumstances that keep us from feeling free.
If this is the first time you've participated in a tapping event with Karen, please watch so we can jump right in.
We'll meet via Zoom. Log-in details will be sent directly to your inbox through Eventbrite, so be sure to set your Eventbrite email preferences to "allow".

Karen Aquinas, M.Ed. is an Internationally Certified Professional EFT Tapping Practitioner, Trainer, and Empowerment Coach.
She supports clients in the areas of anxiety, low self-esteem, limiting beliefs, stress, and trauma.

The March 12, 2020 issue of Psychological Trauma, an APA journal, includes information on a study by Dr. Peta Stapleton et al (Bond University). Findings show that cortisol levels dropped 43% in one hour of “group tapping” treatment which support an original study indicating EFT to be an efficient and effective treatment for reducing biological stress markers.
