RUNNING WEEKLY FOR 8 WEEKS EVERY TUESDAY
One week will focus on EFT: emotion focus therapy that addresses attachment, emotions intelligence & communication in relationships. The next is IFS: internal family systems which identifies and addressed multiple sub-personalities or families within each person's mental system to have greater internal harmony allowing you to become present and life your life to it's highest potential.

Our group offers a safe, supportive space for deep emotional healing and self-discovery. Each week, we explore a powerful therapeutic approach that beautifully complement one another:
💧 EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) — In EFT weeks, we slow down and tune into the wisdom of emotion. You’ll learn to identify, express, and transform your emotional experiences in a way that fosters deeper connection, healing, self-compassion and better communication.
🌿 IFS (Internal Family Systems) — On alternating weeks, we explore your inner world through IFS, a gentle and empowering approach that helps you understand and care for the different “parts” within you. You’ll learn to access your core Self—calm, curious, and compassionate—and bring balance to your inner system.
