As I take you through a powerful group tapping session, that’s going to tune into those negative beliefs you have about yourself & release the hold they have over you. What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a stress management tool, using a combination of cognitive and somatic techniques, I guide you through a sequence of words and phrases, as you tap on the acupressure points on the top half of your body. The technique connects to the amygdala (the part of your brain that releases cortisol which causes stress) to reduce stress and rewire the brain to disconnect the emotional ties causing you stress! It’s such a powerful tool and so easy to use!
With a combination of meditation, journaling, EFT & my personable, nurturing approach, I will lovingly guide you through the evening as we use these beautiful tools to tune into the emotions connected to your self doubt, release the blocks stopping you from achieving your goals & doing the things you love & have you leave feeling calm, rested & empowered to take charge & move towards your goals with focus & determination. With a bank of powerful tools you can ‘tap’ into whenever you need them.
