EFT is fast and effective, regardless of when something happened to cause the block/ emotion and involves no extensive conversations- the therapist doesn't even need to know your actual concern!
EFT is gentle and easy to learn, uses no medication, stretching or manipulations and can be used anywhere at any time
In this five hour taster session we will briefly look at the history of EFT, how it works, and how to use this "people's technique" in our daily lives, alongside examination of secondary gains and "blocks" to it or our potential

This lesson is available for six people, and booking is essential.
Cushions, blankets will be provided but if additional resources are needed please either bring your own or speak to Kirsty in advance.
