A simple, science-backed meditation method for people who think they can’t meditate.
About this Event

Effortless Meditation is a deeply restorative, science-backed meditation method designed for real people with real-world stress. Unlike concentration based or mindfulness practices that require focus or control, Effortless Meditation works with the natural tendencies of the mind, not against them.

This 6-week course is part of the REGULATE pillar of The Radical Resonance method, supporting you in cultivating a calmer nervous system, healthier stress responses and embodied emotional resilience.

Across six weeks, you’ll learn a simple, enjoyable, and sustainable meditation practice that drops the nervous system into the relaxation response, the biological opposite of fight-or-flight.
This is where your breath softens, your heart rate slows, digestion and immunity switch back on, and the mind becomes deeply quiet without trying.

What you’ll learn

  • How to meditate using the Effortless Method
  • The anchor-and-drift process (no control, no forcing, no perfection)
  • Breathflow and grounding sequences to support nervous system regulation
  • How contemporary stress physiology interacts with your mind and body
  • Tools for overcoming common meditation challenges
  • How to build a lifelong, enjoyable meditation practice

What makes Effortless Meditation different

  • No concentration required
  • No need to “clear your mind”
  • No religious or spiritual doctrine
  • No special postures, sit or recline comfortably in a chair
  • Perfect for busy, overthinking, anxious or fatigued people
  • Scientifically supported (600+ studies on effortless mantra-based meditation)

Who is this for

Perfect for beginners, stressed professionals, sensitive or empathic individuals, people with busy minds, those in life transitions or experiencing high mental load and anyone seeking a grounded, calming practice that actually fits into daily life.
