How to teach yoga effectively
Understanding ways of students learning: Kinesthetic Learners, Sequencing, and more. We will review done-for-you sequences in the “Yoga Snippets” authored by Michelle Rae Sobi of Edge Yoga School.
This workshop series will take place in an office setting. Please bring your notebook, wear comfortable clothes, and set your phone aside.
Please arrive five minutes prior to our meeting and we will greet you outside. This building is located in Downtown Naperville and across from Sweetgreens salad cafe.
