This FREE event is designed to strengthen leadership capacity among nonprofit staff, board members, and advisory board members. Participants will engage in informative and interactive sessions focused on clarifying board and staff roles and responsibilities, as well as practical strategies for assessing organizational performance. Emphasis will be placed on tools and approaches that support effective governance and continuous improvement.Organizations are encouraged to attend as a team—one staff member and one board member. Breakfast and coffee will be provided.
