Research suggests we have to make around 35000 decisions PER DAY... so it is no surprise that some of us might struggle making important (and even trivial decisions). Join Kathy Brooke Coaching as we uncover the truth behind decision making, why it can be so tough, and share some tools, tips and techniques on how you can help yourself make decisions more confidently.
We will also be touching on 'learning to say NO' and how you can start to exercise healthy professional boundaries!

We'll be serving lunch up from 12pm, courtesy of local catering team and social enterprise Shine, before Kathy begins her talk at 12:15pm. The event will wrap up at 1pm but you'll have the opportunity to hang back network plus ask Kathy any questions you may have 1 on 1.
