Effective Communication Strategies with the HUE Conversation Method

HUE™ Conversations is a foundational facilitation course. This one-day workshop teaches participants how to engage all thinking styles. Although we all can think in many ways, most of us find it easiest and most comfortable to approach situations from our own perspective and way of processing.

Why HUE Conversations?

Our DEVCA strategic thinking framework engages every individual’s mental processing through five types of thinking: Data-Based Thinking, Emotive Thinking, Visionary Thinking, Critical Thinking, and Action-Oriented Thinking. The framework then guides the group through a natural decision-making process to come together for collective action.
