About the Speaker:
Chris Hand leads Hand Law, a Florida-based firm assisting clients with government relations and civil litigation. He also advises states, counties, and cities nationwide on priorities such as efficiency, economic development, and strategic planning. A graduate of Princeton University and the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Hand provides regular political and legal analysis for WJXT Channel 4 and WJCT 89.9 FM and serves on the University of Florida Bob Graham Center for Public Service Council of Advisors.
