Guests will enjoy a specially curated $78 set menu of Efendy favourites and exciting new additions – from the award-winning Ali Nazik lamb with smoky eggplant to the crisp Pachanga Börek filled with pastirma and cheese. Classics like warm stone-baked bread with buffalo kaymak slow-braised beef cheek and the signature Turkish Mess dessert round out the feast.
