Eel Men formed in 2021. Couched in the instability of the present and the microcosm of North London, they prioritise angular guitars, straight rhythms and fanatical storytelling. After a long series of sweaty UK gigs and having already toured extensively around Europe, with gigs ranging from family friendly festivals to ex gestapo headquarters turned anarchist squats, there’s lots more on the horizon. 2025 see’s Eel Men release their debut LP ‘Stop It! Do Something.’ via No Front Teeth (UK / EU) Big Neck Records (US) and embark on an extensive EU tour.

Plörré sind mittlerweile vier Bekannte – vielleicht sogar Freunde – mit Liebe zum Indie und zum Schrammel, zum Ska und zum Rock. Erfahrungen sammelten sie oder sammeln immer noch bei der Kapelle 3, Stereo Inn, Oleka Monday, Mother Poppens, Queen Pamela und Autobrüll. Aus anfänglichen Abtasten, wurde mehr bis am Ende 2021 zehn Indie-Perlen und plötzlich mit Lars ein leibhaftiger Bassist im Raum standen. Da einige Woche später ebenso das erste Konzert anstand, beschlossen die Vier einfach eine Band zu sein.
