Join Art21’s Education Coordinator and MASS MoCA’s Senior Manager of School Programs to learn strategies for teaching with contemporary art, both within the classroom and in the galleries.
This session will consider how artists like Louise Bourgeois and James Turrell explore colossal ideas through form, aesthetics, and place. During this workshop participants can expect to learn how to incorporate these larger-than-life artists into their classroom and how to engage students with their works in the museum.
